Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit is refunded in full within 10 working days.

After work has started

Work completed and delivered up to the cancellation date is chargeable; anything not started is refunded. We will send a statement showing what was completed and what is being refunded.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans require 30 days' notice. The current month is not refunded, because the content and campaign work for it has already been produced or committed. Annual plans cancelled mid-term are refunded pro rata on the unused months, with the annual discount removed from the months already used.

What is not refundable

These are costs already spent with third parties or on production that cannot be recovered:

• Advertising spend already placed with a platform
• Printing and fabrication once a proof has been approved and the run has started
• Talent, location and equipment fees already committed
• Domain, hosting and licence fees already purchased in your name
• Course fees once more than 20% of the course has been accessed

Courses

Course fees are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the material has been accessed. Live cohorts that do not reach minimum enrolment are rescheduled, and fees are transferred or refunded in full at your choice.

If we get it wrong

If a deliverable does not match the approved scope, we fix it at our cost. If we cannot make it right, we refund that deliverable. This is separate from the revision allowance, which covers changes of preference rather than errors.
